CoolSculpting is an FDA-cleared, non-surgical body contouring treatment that freezes and permanently eliminates stubborn fat cells in targeted areas. No anesthesia, no incisions, no downtime. CoolSculpting uses a process called cryolipolysis — controlled cooling that targets and crystallizes fat cells beneath the skin without damaging surrounding tissue. Once crystallized, the fat cells die and are naturally processed and eliminated by your body over the following 1–3 months. The result is a noticeable, measurable reduction in fat in the treated area.
Each treatment session lasts approximately 35–60 minutes per area. Many patients read, check emails, or relax during the procedure. There is no recovery period — you can return to work and normal activities immediately after treatment.

There is no downtime after CoolSculpting. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after treatment. Some temporary side effects may include redness, swelling, bruising, or numbness in the treated area, which typically resolve on their own within a few days to weeks.
