Windward Heart was founded by Dr. Sonny Wong who has practiced the art of heart care for over 30 years. In addition to treating his heart patients with the utmost care and expertise, he also educates medical students at the University of Hawaii on his techniques of heart care.
Dr. Sonny Wong provides consultations evaluating signs and symptoms of heart rhythm and circulation issues such as shortness of breath, chest pain or palpitation, to determine if there are any abnormalities. Dr. Wong takes a detailed history of the patient, to uncover any predispositions of hereditary heart conditions followed by a thorough physical examination.
