A risk assessment is a way to quickly assess your risk of heart disease. At Windward Heart, we administer this through the use of a Risk Questionnaire, a blood pressure check, and testing of your triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol. The results of this test are reviewed by Dr. Wong.
